“The Property Geek himself, Rob Dix, has a very relaxed, easy going style & manages to attract a very diverse range of property investors / experts to discuss their strategies, stories and opinions on property. Simple strategies on the one hand all the way through to rent to rent & mixed use developments on the other are featured, but with the overarching message that there isn't a one size fits all strategy for property & that the journey is really what it’s about rather than the destination.
More recently, the podcast has evolved to accommodate regular topics like a quote of the week & a listener’s question alongside an interview. But it remains a great listen. And as this format tends to afford Dix himself a platform to talk about his strategy, opinions, life hacks, it’s all good, as far as I’m concerned!”Read full review »
