Insightful podcast which has helped improve my emotional intelligence
I love listening to Psychology In Seattle. Dr Kirk Honda is a really articulate, insightful and intelligent, he also has a very empathetic, non-judgmental and kind approach to various psychological topics. Through listening to his podcasts, I’ve changed my views on a lot of subjects and feel I make less harsh judgements as a result. I’m sure he doesn’t want the podcast to be seen as a replacement for therapy, but I genuinely feel I receive some of the positive effects that I would get from therapy by listening to the podcast. I also really like Humberto because he provides the voice of a lay person and is incredibly real and honest. I feel they have a great dynamic which helps them dissect different topics. I also love how many episodes there are, so whatever you’re interested in, you can find something that you like. 5 stars on everything!
