Only commenting on Sarah Britton episode. It is so validating to hear her come around. Her work and My New Roots deeply influenced me and contributed to my eating disorder. It’s horribly sad to hear how much wellness culture hurt her too. I appreciate her owning up in some ways, but she doesn’t in others. The interview was well conducted, which is actually pretty exceptional nowadays.
