“I have been listening to the real estate guys for a few months now and I always look forward to each new podcast. I was lucky enough to win their book through trivia and really enjoyed it as well. I think they provide some great ideas and ways to get started in real estate. Some of their scenarios are a bit optimistic, appreciation is not guaranteed, and paying full price isn't the best recommendation I've ever heard but they keep me motivated and current on many issues. Just make sure you're applying your own analysis to every deal, thats what a good real estate investor should be doing anyway.
