Alicia please just go out on your own and do a podcast — you are so fun and compelling to listen to and the bland corporate ads/promos detract from the beauty you bring!

I have never written anything to a podcast before but I am disappointed there is a White Castle commercial on a health and environmental concerned podcast. I like the podcast. I’m confused by the White Castle sponsorship.

I’m learning a lot. I like the diversity and how it applies to one subject of healing.

I enjoy the intelligent, heart led conversations but find myself cringing from the ads as they don’t vibe with show. Choosing better partners for ads or having Alicia voice the ads could make all the difference.

Followed Alicia for years, really enjoy the show. Great info and really interesting guests. I do not enjoy the number of ads! Especially before the show even starts.

Please reconsider having an alcohol delivery company as your sponsor for a show that focuses on mental wellness!!! Alcohol use disorder is rapidly rising among women. This company enables disordered drinking.

This is something anyone who has had trauma as a child and tried to shed it needs to hear. Alicia’s podcast is truly good for your soul. I’ve watched her Instagram and connected on many levels as far as we are both ‘junkers’ for thrifting and antiquing, but moving into a plant based life is...Read full review »

I have been seeing a therapist for a year now and I still can’t get to a place of healing from my childhood trauma. I have major self worth issues that I’m terrified my children will pick up on. This episode was made for me. Hearing about Mary Waldon talk about having Crohn’s disease and Alicia...Read full review »
