Art opens up new ways to heal. I’m not sure how I came across this Podcast. The first episode I listened to touched me so deeply- it was healing and nourishing in ways I never expected; I started bawling at my work space and my heart felt light afterwards. As I’ve continued to listen to The...Read full review »

Abuse survivors and those in current abusive relationships have enough to worry about. Enough stresses. Enough fears and threats. There are so many amazing things about this podcast. Life is always so hurtful especially when we have life happen, or events happening around us. It is so easy to get caught up in emotions and the struggle. This podcast at least helps me to understand and receive tools to help deal with emotions...Read full review »

Engaging story paired well with techniques to guide healing and strength. If you have any interaction with any other humans, you should give it a listen. Definitely worth the time spent.

I’m able to take so many tools and mechanisms not just from Pheeny and Persy but from so many of the survivors at...Read full review »

Great storytelling that both fills and breaks your heart. The creators have a sincere mission: help people understand emotional abuse and how to heal from it.

Incredible! Amazing and valuable information for emotional abuse victims and survivors, as well as friends, neighbors, and general human beings surrounding those struggling with abuse. Educational within an entertaining framework—binge and learn something at once! This kind of art is a necessity.
