“I always learn something new from Dr. Mindy’s podcast and YouTube videos. She is so positive. I started intermittent fasting a while ago, but started adding in the longer (24, 36, 40 hr) fasts and feel great. I’ve lost weight and am anxious to have my blood work done soon to see if my numbers cholesterol and blood pressure levels have improved more. My doctor was pushing me to start on a cholesterol medicine telling me that was the only way to reduce the slightly elevated numbers. Instead I started intermittent fasting. At my next doctor’s appointment the numbers had gotten right back in check and she was astonished and asked me what I had done. I’m a believer and love listening to Dr. Mindy and her guests.”
