He speaks of what he learned from the interview and from talking to former Cardinals head coach Dave McGinnis. 

Jess and Seth begin their Cardinals draft preview shows with two position groups on offense — wide receiver and the offensive line — their two biggest needs on the offensive side of the ball.  The bulk of the show is about receivers. There isn't any new Arizona Cardinals news but there are trade rumors. Jess and Seth look at some mock draft trade proposals, one that involves trading Kyler Murray and another that is Trey Lance-like. 

DraftKings dropped projected win totals for the 2024 season so Jess and Seth talk about those totals and odds for the Cardinals and rest of the NFL. They also discuss what Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon said in Orlando at the annual league meeting.

They also go over all the proposed rule and bylaw changes for the NFL in the annual league meeting -- trade deadline, kickoffs and more. 

The Cardinals made more additions in free agency. Jess and Seth talk about them and then wonder what the plan is at receiver and outside linebacker. And with the Minnesota Vikings trading up to have a second first-round pick, they discuss the possibility of draft-day trades that have come up in a few mock drafts. 

Jess and Seth return to discuss more offseason moves by the Arizona Cardinals. They discuss the release of D.J. Humphries and the signing of his replacement Jonah Williams. They go over the trade for Falcons QB Desmond Ridder and then the players who are re-signing with the Cardinals. 

NFL free agency started and moves were made all over the league. Jess and Seth react to the early moves round the NFL and then focus on the Arizona Cardinals. They discuss the five outside free agent additions the Cardinals made on Monday and Tuesday, and then about the players they are bringing back and have lost.
