“Do not waste your time! I gave this 2 stars because they do seem to do some legwork on the content they present.
I totally respect opinions, but these two take it to a new level when their opinions turn into making fun of the albums. Granted they are talking about albums that have sold millions and have shaped/influenced tons of bands. I just don't get it, you say you like Nu-Metal but you rip on it in the review.
Take the Korn Review for instance, one time it was mentioned that Slipknot was heavily influenced by Korn, which is debatable. Roots Bloody Roots would have been a WAY better reference while describing influences. And did they talk about dueling 7 string guitars at all, which is Korn's signature sound, I honestly don't know because I had to turn it off with 16 minutes remaining.
The other two episodes I listened to were the Mushroomhead Episode and the Godsmack episode. Again both were extremely opinionated with little to no explanation as to why except for the "yea, I don't like it" or "these guys are nerds" or "why is Moon Baby the first track on this album, it would be better if it wasn't". But my question to them is, how many albums did these guys sell? Apparently, they did something right.
