What to do about Stephen Jones
Stephen Jones is both the best and worst thing about this pod. He is obviously knowledgable up to a point but he crossed the line from front line journalism into a sort of parody of himself quite a few years ago (in his writing) and his bluff and bluster are revealed as being much more of an affectation when consumed aurally. While his childlike binary view of the world can rankle I still do enjoy his genuine passion for the game and at least he has something to say. Owen Slot is unfortunately the very definition of milquetoast. Barnes is like he is in commentary - prone to wild exaggeration or overly critical.
