Unsure what Jane McGuire brings other than saying “joy plan” and giggling every few minutes. Some good insight from Rick and Ben and good selection of guests

Ben, Rick and Jane often accompany me on my run/walk commute to work here in Georgia in the States, and they are the best company! Informative, fun, and helpful…it’s a great way to find out all the goings-on in our wide-ranging sport. Thanks, y’all! Please keep it coming!

One of the best episodes yet and especially interesting for me as a fan of Adidas Adizero shoes. Ben’s questioning and relaxed interview style was spot on. Ben, you almost apologized for the episode at the end, but I think you should be massively proud of yourself for a job well done in solo...Read full review »

Lovely podcast - covers all subjects to suit all abilities! My personal only neg is the music and song 😱 it’s bloody awful 🤣🤣🤣🤣 x

This podcast goes up and down. I like the hosts and most of the episodes. The last episode about how to make treadmill running fun. I listened and well they never actually answered the question posted in the title. The guest Susie Chan was awesome and her energy was amazing but there was very...Read full review »

all a bit bland and no real content. I feel like it’s just constant plugging
Bore me later via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 03/11/23
No real opinions or any interesting content. Very PC and corporate type of podcast. Often talk about pretty pointless topics for too long and don’t discuss anything remotely interesting in the world of running. Rick is great, the other two not so much!

As a runner I love this podcast. It’s great motivation and funny! But please lower the volume of you swear word beeps or just mute the swear words. When wearing earphones those beeps literally feel like torture!
graehunt via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 01/14/23
The most recent episode has the word yeah so many times it got really annoying! Also had random loud beeps throughout which made me think there was something wrong with my car!

Great stuff

Sort of. Kind of. Like. In every sentence!!!! Other than that- it’s very good for runners of all abilities.

Was I really listening to a Runner’s World podcast with 2 people saying not to use a watch…. Totally clueless, might as well just get 2 random people off the street to talk about running…

Actually it could and should be much better. It’s too bad, because it’s a great podcast.

A superb podcasts. But one point of criticism: in the episode about veganism of last year they invited an ex-vegetarian who spoke about meat and veganism in a very uninformed way. Animal foods fill us up better? No good sources of iron? Not everything you need can be found in a vegan diet? It’s...Read full review »

This is by far the best running sports podcast and thanks please keep them coming!

Disappointed in the content of this episode. Very little chat about the men’s or women's races. Two amazing finishes in both races not discussed. No mention of UK athletes. Whole focus seemed about Kipchoge NOT winning, Nike shoes and the admittedly awful BBC coverage. The volume levels are...Read full review »

This used to be lively and engaging but has over the last few episodes become boring. The presenters sound tired. The guests are uninspiring and their interviews are way too long. Needs a reboot.
Hackneyed Reviewer via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 10/13/20
Love your work guys, regular listener here. But could you please fix guests audio level? Sometimes it’s barely listenable even on a maximum volume. Or difference between your studio recording and a guest is such big, that same volume just doesn’t work at all. Thank you!
Valerie_Ru_Machine via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 08/29/20
Please run this podcast through a compressor before uploading it. I have to have my volume on 100% and even then I can barely hear some quietly spoken people - especially when running with traffic going past. I love much of the content but lots of posh sounding people hosting and as guests though.

Friendly and informal yet enlightening. Great listening for runners at any level. P.S the guest of the week jingle is one hell of an ear worm! 😂

Really love this podcast - the hosts are brilliant, the guests are always interesting/inspirational and it’s a great mix of general chat about running and useful tips. It’s easy to listen to whether you’re on a run or doing some cooking.

The vegan nutritionist was heavily biased towards the agriculture industry from which she stands to inherit wealth. Accusations against Game Changers were false and should be withdrawn. The truth lies somewhere in the extreme opposite from her coloured opinions. Very misleading…

“You can eat meat ethically” no you cannot humanely kill something that does not want to be killed. This nutritionist is so obviously biased against veganism. Awful reporting, it’s sad really.

This was great when it started but has recently become dominated by advertisements and product placement. Sad really, but I’m unsubscribing as I’m fed up with being advertised at!

Lots of talk about needing proteins, minerals etc but nothing about where’s the best place to get them from a plant based diet

Pretty basic take on everyday running topics/ news. Clearly not willing to give any remotely strong opinions on anything, preferring to tread the middle ground. Often seems out of step with opinions and news discussed on other running podcasts.
