If you are serious about your running…
then you must listen to this podcast. Even though I have been running over 25 yrs, I learn something new in almost every episode. The hosts have very different personalities, and together they work extremely well. They are both very knowledgeable. There is a great mix of training, philosophy, and entertainment. Training Tuesday episode are full of useful information on running (all distances, surfaces, and types of competitions) as well as strength training. The athletes they interview also are diverse and offer great insights. This show is a great addition to a long run.
