Ryder Cup Memories
Great trip down memory lane for Ryder-geeks…...well researched and beautifully delivered by Shane. Fascinating how close the cup was to folding due to lack of competitiveness from the GB and Ireland and the initial Euro effort. Also the amateur approach and selection processes in place on both sides of the pond until into the late 80’s. As a fervent Euro fan I’m disappointed to agree with Shane’s prediction of a 15.5-12.5 🇺🇸win Looking forward to the remaining podcasts…..War on the Shore, Battle of Brookline etc
