A must listen for all sales leaders
An excellent reminder of a couple of imperatives- #1 - all sales people and sales roles are not equal and #2 - Accountability is not a bad word. This is a great example of a sales leader revisiting and evaluating her strategy and being bold enough to get the sales structure aligned accordingly. Even more importantly, she sets a new standard of performance requirement for each of her sales leaders - driving weekly 1:1 meetings with focus on 3 critical sales accountability questions. Great stuff Mike!

Right out of the gate Mike hits a home run with his first podcast, Dana Upshaw. Very impactful leader not afraid to make changes for the betterment of her company. Looking forward to the next podcast. Every sales leader should listen to this.
