“I stumbled upon Mike’s podcast recently while searching for “Sales Manager” content to listen to. There are a lot of sales-PERSON focused podcasts, but few that focus specially on managers. I am a new field manager (2 years in) and have found Mike’s simple but direct approach to managing people and your own time to be invaluable. His principals are nothing revolutionary but he presents them in a positive and easy to follow way that builds confidence in you to deploy them. He doesn’t overcomplicate things and that has helped me focus on less, but more important initiatives with my team. Mike’s style is not for everyone (it took me a while to get on board with him) but it is effective and the truth, and you can’t hide from the truth.”
