Breathtaking
I've been a fan of this show since the beginning, but the most recent episode, part 1 of Bullets and Blood, transcends the medium. It's probably the finest podcast episode I have ever heard. Adam masterfully weaves together narratives to create something that's as rich as a novel, and it in turns gripping, heartbreaking and triumphant. Oh, and his voice is still delicious. Freaking A, dude, I'm proud to be a fan of this show.Read full review »

This is one of the finest podcasts ever made. Fascinating and engaging. Beautifully made and wonderfully performed. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

If they’re all as good as the Warner Bros one, I can’t listen to these for free with a clear conscience. I finished that one and rolled onto another typical podcast of guys in a room riffing unfunny nonsense at each other and thought “stuff that, lets have seven hours of Universal Horror”!
