Really good self discovery
I’m currently going through psychotherapy and this pairs so well with it. Healing my codependency and limiting beliefs gets easier and lighter every couple episodes. One thing that’s bringing up a negative sensation in me is Beatrice’s use of the phrase “do you know what I mean” I think it was used about 15 times in one episode about relationships. And now it’s all I can hear. I’m not sure if the host is unsure of her own messaging (which she should not be! Because it’s 🔥) or if she’s unsure of her audience.
