Inspiring and informational
As someone who wants to go into this field of work it's a great resourse to learn lessons others had to the hard way, and hopefully avoid their mistakes. Shin asks the questions I'm thinking and some I never would have thought of. He asked us to bare with him through his first couple as he gets used to the medium, but I think he does a great job and can't wait to hear more!
