Too judgmental
There is so much judgement, shaming and pressure put on parents. Sadly, this podcast is just another shame-fest. For example, the screen time episode shames family movie night. Not only that, like so much other parenting guidance, the tips often sound helpful, but I have yet to see many of them work with my kid, which just makes it seem like I’m failing (a recent example is the episode on not interrupting; my kid still interrupts like crazy. Amazingly enough, I love her anyway.)
