I enjoy your podcasts. Enjoy the banter and savor the moments you tell each “you’re right”. I have made quite a few of your recipes and enjoy your straightforward delivery. Thanks!

Love your podcast Tara & Jim. It’s like I get to hang out with my new friends on Monday morning lol. Keep up the good work. Jim’s videos have made me a much better home cook & I just love Tara’s perspective & getting to know you all more. You’re both so refreshingly genuine. Thanks...Read full review »

What an all-around terrific podcast! Since I am Italian–American and grew up on Long Island, I can relate to a lot of the wonderful stories that Jim and Tara tell.If you’re not from Long Island, you’ll learn a lot of interesting things about it while being thoroughly entertained in the process. I...Read full review »

I love listening to your show. I’m not Italian and I live on the West Coast. But it’s always relaxing and informative and fun. Just a delight. 👍

I love your stuff, makes me feel nostalgia for Long Island and my grandmother's cooking. A suggestion I can't get out of my head is episodes about the origins of the New York cuisine. Take the Italian-American cuisine. Yes, it has roots in southern Italy, but then it changed. Canned...Read full review »

Do Italians have any grilled dishes? Like cooked on an actual grill over an open fire or coals?

Fan of You Tube Channel. First podcasts are way toooo long. Repetitive. Half the time spent explaining what the episode isn’t about. To many tangents. Topics are well chosen. Less is more.

Just finished the first episode. It’s what I expected from you. Brings back many memories and I appreciate your approach to your success. Been following you for about 4-5 years now and I love it. Italian American New York style recipes are the best and you have captured them in your shows. Much...Read full review »

We loved watching the podcasts on YouTube! Only thing missing is James! James needs his own channel! We also want to hear Tara’s version of how you two met…I’m sure it will be more romantic than Jim’s…

I’ve been watching Jim’s videos for a while on YouTube, and while the recipes are terrific (my 2 year old daughter is particularly fond of his Cacio E Pepe), the thing I enjoy most about watching them are the family interactions and stories. I am excited to see Jim and Tara take their content to...Read full review »
