Terrific
SGU is an amazing podcast and every Saturday morning I eagerly await the new episode becoming availability. A lot of the negative reviews here are based on some perception that the show has become politically biased. I don’t agree at all. In today’s environment, science has been politicized. It was once possible to have political views that have nothing to do with science, but anti-scientific ideas are now literally part of the platform of a major US political party. So yes, it is true that discussions about certain topics in science will have political content. But that doesn’t mean the rogues are approaching those topics in an unscientific way. Politicizing science doesn’t mean that science is political.

One of the most enjoyable audio experiences you can have. Interesting, informative and most importantly entertaining. Steven Novella, Evan Bernstein and Perry DeAngelis have brightened up many, many of my days with their insight, intelligence and humour. Highly recommended.

Keep up the good work Dr. Novella et al., and help America rearrange it's collective (un)conscious!Read full review »
