“It’s so hard to find something to sleep to. I used to listen to Get Sleepy but most of their content is paid. Other podcasts have too many ads or just are designed for sleep. I’ve never made it through an entire episode of this podcast before falling asleep! Love this so much.
Instead of waking up in the middle of the night and tossing and turning for an hour or two, as soon as I wake up, I just grab my headphones and started episode and I’m out within 20 minutes or so. Often times less. Perfect!”
