Tight and focused show, fun discussion and opinions
Very funny and opinionated hosts talking about basic foods and their preferred ways of making and enjoying these foods. Their level of detail is like that of Alton Brown but with more bite and harder-edged opinions. This is the kind of podcast we need more of. The timings are tight, the topics are focused, and The Sporkful is just a pleasure to hear.

The podcast is entertaining and it's just the right length. It's fun to hear them debate and be passionate about 'silly' things, such as toasting or not toasting a bagel, to dunk or not to dunk a doughnut.Read full review »
