In the second of our special bonus episodes this week recorded live last May from the Emancipated Run Crew stand at The National Running Show South, Dee catches up with the amazing Prabina Talary,  runner, cyclist, swimmer, mother - Prabina is a Swimmathon UK Amabassador who has run marathons, competed in duathlons and triathlons, and a champion for increasing participation by the Nepalese community, and particularly  Nepalese women, in these sports.  Prabina shares with Denise memories of growing up as part of the Nepalese Gurkha community, and the transformational experience of finding her tribe amongst fellow female runners with RunMummyRun and amongst her Nepalese community with Runderbolts.
