Police track down the CCTV from the ATM where Melanie's bank card was used and despite the poor image quality, they can see it’s a young woman using it, but it’s not Melanie. Meanwhile a new detective steps in to interview the neighbours in the building. The couple downstairs had actually heard the attack.
