Good story, but not so enjoyable storytelling.
The plot is indeed very interesting, and glad it’s bringing closure to those involved. The bonus episodes seem to be a nice easy way to get more sponsor advertising in. I’m glad the last episode was released, because Isla never quite made it clear in the other episodes that Chris was found to be entirely innocent. Seems remiss of a journalist not to have included this info, or considered all parties involved. It’s distinctly tacked on the end. This last episode also frustrates me, because it seems to be turning the podcast into a witch hunt for Pamela. If you try to have the same compassion as you are trying to with all other parties, a witch hunt might not be the most healthy thing for Pamela’s chances at redemption. It does have to be said though that Isla’s interview technique is excellent. Perfectly timed questions of hard hitting questions.

I absolutely love this podcast! A true crime story that is interesting and gripping, while still managing to respect the victim and keep her front and center. The interviews are intriguing, informative, and well researched. I can’t wait for more episodes!

Beautifully paced, written and narrated. Exceptional. And sensitive. I hope Isla Trequair goes on to do many more podcasts: five stars for every aspect.

One of the best true crime podcasts I’ve listened to. Brilliantly delivered.
