Totally changed my attitude to running
I’ve been an avid listener of strength running for a few years now and despite being a 20+ year runner have gained an enormous amount of knowledge from Jason’s amazing bank of running wisdom and advice. The podcast regularly bores down into the challenges runners face and explores strategies and approaches to best overcome these and consistently improve your running. Jason’s style it’s extremely inclusive which makes the podcast useful for couch to 5km’ers, aspiring marathoners all the way to elite. If you want to run faster, overcome an injury, learn about the physiology of being a runner or just get a different take on running - this is the podcast for you

These have been a great motivator while out running. I like the varying program lengths so you can pick and choose episodes based on how long you want to run for.
