For people looking for facts
I’ve followed Jason on YouTube for years, and bought a couple of his products. This podcast is in line with all the other things he does. Episodes promise certain types of information and deliver that information. The mood is light and enjoyable, but focussed on delivering useful ideas. You can also be sure that you’re not being sold the latest fad. Jason presents a middle of the road, scientifically grounded point of view. He promotes the things that have been tried over time and tested in the lab and have been found to work to develop performance and reduce injury risk.
