The Strength Running Podcast hosted by Jason Fitzgerald is the best running podcast out there. The quality of the conversations combined with the caliber of the special guests makes for an equally engaging and educational listen. Jason is a very knowledgeable running coach surrounded by amazing friends and athletes. It sometimes feels l as if I am getting in a coaching session during training focused the podcast episodes. I would recommend. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ πŸ’«

Really enjoyed the podcast and will follow through by reading Run Fast Eat Slow. I liked the information on her morning routine and am also an early riser. Would like to have known if she eats breakfast before her daily training run. That may be covered in the book. Keep up the good work.
