Excellent running advice
Novice runner here (regular running for a year). This podcast has been an invaluable source of information and inspiration that has helped me progress from managing less than a mile to half-marathon trail races.There are so many nuggets of brilliant advice in these podcasts, but I have most valued the constant reminders that meeting running goals is about consistency more than anything else: never sacrifice a week’s training for the sake of one workout, never sacrifice a month for the sake of a great looking week on Strava.
