A difficult act to follow
Michael Enright’s ability to humanely connect with a wide variety of guests “over the radio” was unparalleled. Some of Piya Chattopadhyay’s interviews this year have been pretty good. A few have been cringeworthy. None have had the electric connection and depth that was so frequent when Enright was the host. I am sure that Piya and the CBC staff are working hard to make improvements—there is a lot of room for growth.

As a listener for years on CBC radio please tell me why you can’t have this in my feed on Sunday morning. I think we all live with the illusion that your there in the studio doing the show on a Sunday. Just feels like something in a can now. Like yesterday’s newspaper.

This podcast is the worst of CBC. A focus on woke topics, interviews with Empathetic non-questions. A waste of Sunday morning.
