That is until I started to get into the habit of verbally reminding myself that I am THAT girl. Every morning while I'm in the shower, I repeat affirmations like:  "I love myself fully and unapologetically." "I am worthy." " I am full of creative ideas." It felt a little silly at first, but then I started to believe what I said.   My whole swagger and outlook began to change. I felt confident, capable, and like I could finally take up more space.
