“Where to begin? My little brother turned me on to Vanessa Michael Monroe and Taylor Stevens after the second book. I was hooked from the start. I went to Taylor's website to learn more about her and was amazed by what she shared (being born into a cult, education stopped after turning 12) that I immediately became a "cool kid" and couldn't wait for the next book in the series and also her emails that she would send to the cool kids.
After receiving an email, I responded and was pleasantly suprised that Taylor actually emailed back. I have been hooked since! We have sporadically corresponded now for some time and am just amazed at her personal touch.
When The Taylor Stevens Show first came out I couldn't wait to listen. I now also get to listen to my favorite author. Taylor explains Michaels character and how she came about. How a person is able to speak so many languages and assimilate as a man in society (being a woman). And the podcasts are sprinkled with humor and at times have caught myself laughing out loud (Taylor saying in episode two how she would be talking about boobies in episode three).
I would highly recommend to anyone to check out both Taylor Steven's awesome books and wonderful podcast! I'm glad I got out of the same old author rut and tried something new. I have not been disappointed.”Read full review »
