Today we hear from thru-hiker, THRU-r founder, and triple-crowner, Cheer, as she continues her 2023 thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail! This episode covers weeks 19 and 20 through Northern New Hampshire and Southern Maine (one of the toughest stretches on the AT). Here, she takes on the Whites, steep slippery climbs, mud hiking, and the slowest and steepest miles on trail.
