“Found this show several months back in preparation for my 150 mile LT section. I was looking for a gear oriented show with practical, experienced backpackers. Well one out of three isn't so bad. I've since listened to all the shows while out training. These guys, and lady are the best! I've laughed, I've cried!! (Haven't seen cats but Acura's and towels come to mind though) I've learned to stay away from bad bologna, and that a handful of chips and some water is better than any electrolyte drink!!
