amazing podcast
I'm hooked on listening this on my way to and from work every Monday in the morning. I've learned a lot from their talk. Their treatment algorithms are well established and diffrerent from what I was taught in my country. BTW, I wanna ask you the surgical management of cubital tunnel syndrome. I prefer to do in situ decompression unless there are specific elbow lesions, such as OA, valgus deformity or triceps irritation. However, Christ once said (on this podcast or Orthohub?) that "Don't do in situ decompression for severe cases because of the unfavorable outcomes of revision surgery". The thing that I want to ask especially is what transposition gives the nerve when the floor is intact? I think for the patients who can stretch their elbows in full extension, transposition is not necessary.Read full review »
