I hadn’t followed cricket before this podcast, but I love all the Andy Zaltman content I can get my hands on! I thoroughly enjoy this podcast as a way to keep up my awareness of the sport and because it’s so fun to listen to Felicity and Andy’s banter and enthusiasm.

Great during the World Cup. Can't fault it. Looking forward to it cheering me up during what could be a dire Ashes series.Read full review »

walk into a cricket comedy podcast. Currently pointing out the ludicrous of the 2019 World Cup. I can’t wait for the Ashes.

For England, this series "went more belly-up than Pavarotti swimming backstroke". Andy on top form with his sporting analogies there!Read full review »

Cricket as it should be - funny, insightful, irreverent and full of meaningful and meaningless stats. Please do this every summer and winter! Ie. just do it all the time.

Andy Zaltzman, his full head of hair retreating to the back of his head, gives us an insight into the awful pit of despair that is the English cricket teams box...

Cricket is full of bull$€&t, it’s so nice to have some of the less sanctimonious but no less informative variety. For those unfamiliar with his work, the comedic leanings of the least smurfy Bugler is an acquired taste. But it is well worth persevering through the initial pungent onslaught...Read full review »

Superb mix of facts and satire with eloquence and intelligence from both Ward and Zaltzman. This will be the saving grace of the Australian summer if our batting line-up collapses with its usual flawed approach – the product of players too focussed on the short versions of the game

And, if fortune allows it, the worst part of winter for most northern hemisphere listeners. Andy’s command of pathos, and statistics and Felicity’s trash-talking of things that are not cricket, like T20, will get us all through the next few months from the first ball at the Gabbattoir to the last...Read full review »

So glad there will be something to make any bad news from this Ashes Series easier to take back here in the UK. Brilliantly produced and as you would expect, seriously funny.
