Informative, Entertaining & Real
I was a long-term vegan new to the world of lifting looking for some guidance that didn't involve introducing eggs and dairy back intomy diet in order to build muscle. The vegan body revolution was EXACTLY what I needed. Solid advice from experienced people (The interview are my favourite!) Thomas asks the questions we all really want to know but might not ask. The only thing stopping me from giving the podcast that fifth star is the fact that sometimes Thomas can get his information a little wrong (he's a relatively new vegan afterall) and I feel like, in some of his interviews, if he doesn't agree with a point that his interviewee holds he tends to argue with them. I am all for having healthy debates but don't feel this podcast is the medium in which to do it. But aside from that I love the show and have been listening to it non-stop since I found it!
