These guys cover a broad range of topics from the video streaming space, and do a pretty good job making it interesting. While occasionally a little forced/ scripted, the show is well-produced and enjoyable to listen to.

Really interesting stuff
Hosts invite experts from a lot of different areas of video industry so you can always learn something new. Highly recommend if you are a part of the industry or just like to dive deep into the tiny details of how video codecs work.
