Not Feeling Gay About Gay Marriage?
Listen now
Description
Our guest is not feeling very happy about the latest Supreme Court ruling regarding same-sex marriage. He feels that the ruling is a significant setback for Americans who believe in the Constitution, rule of law, and marriage itself which according to him is, and should only be, a union of one man and one woman. His name is Ryan Anderson and he's a Senior Research Fellow at the Heritage Foundation. He is the author of the new book called 'Truth Overruled: The Future of Marriage and Religious Freedom'. Ryan explains his definition of marriage, and why changing it redefines marriage. In the process he also believes that the Supreme Court got it wrong. He claims that this is a prime example of 'judicial activism'. Take a listen and make up your own mind:
