The Huntington’s American art collection comprises some 9,4000 objects, including paintings, sculpture, decorative art, drawings, prints, and photographs. They range in date from the early 18th century to the late 20th century. About 500 items are on display in the Virginia Steele Scott Galleries of American Art.
