Belief and disbelief are part of the same equation, but these days it sometimes seems that to believe in things paranormal indicates a lack of judgment or intelligence. Still, it appears to be quite true that by believing, further study and advancement become possible – disbelief takes us nowhere; teaches us nothing. With EVP, the only requirement of belief comes in accepting that the voice is, in fact, a voice of some kind – not a strange combination of ambient sound, electronic interference, and coincidence. Throughout the history of this podcast we’ve explored the meaning of such unexplained voices – always accepting first that they do exist.
