Sometimes,
even in the face of hard, very convincing evidence, the most difficult part of
dealing with EVP and the paranormal is self-doubt. Doubt usually sets in
quickly and in a matter of seconds can undo hours and days of comprehensive
analysis and substantiated evidence. Doubt has a place, of course, but just
like its opposite - belief, it can get in the way and easily obscure the truth.
We should always feel free to question evidence at any time, but this kind of
doubt, emotionally driven, should not be confused with skepticism.
