It would have been very easy for me to eat junk food and justify it saying I was sick. Instead, I was conscious about my choice and managed to lose weight while being stuck in bed not able to work out. See you next week! David used the Covid-19 pandemic to lose weight, get off of drugs and cut back on his drinking. He is a completely different man and is even going into business for himself. Amazing what little changes can do for a person.
