I just wanted to let you guys know I didn't forget about you and briefly talk about staying on track when life gets in the way. It would have been very easy for me to eat junk food and justify it saying I was sick. Instead, I was conscious about my choice and managed to lose weight while being stuck in bed not able to work out. See you next week! Lee This podcast is brought to you by: Sheath Underwear - Go...

This week on The Waistline podcast I talk about the word motivation. I hear people all the time ask how to get motivated to lose weight. I really think thats the wrong way to look at things. In my opinion it has to come from within. There‘s no magical switch to flip. In addition, how do you stay motivated after being healthy for a long time? I discuss all of this and more.

After 8 months of dieting and working out I got a little too cocky. I had lost weight every single week, even on my birthday week when I went a little (a lot) overboard.  Then, this week happened. Simply, I wasnt as strict as I need to be. I had mac and cheese two days in a row and you can't lose weight when you do that. In this episode I talk about how I hit my first plateau, how I feel about it, and what I am doing to change it.  This podcast is brought to you by: Dive Bar Nutrition -...
