Wow
I listened to the first 3 episodes and that was all I could stomach. As a person in the food industry the last 25 years I thought this podcast would be about anecdotal stories and what it’s like to live (and love) the grind of working in restaurants. This podcast is far from that. Not every setback or obstacle in restaurants are due to the color of ones skin, sexual preference or anything else... it’s a tough world for EVERYONE.

One of my favorite podcasts of 2020! Really: Spotify told me it was. I loved learning more about the guests I was familiar with and getting know to know important culinary game-changers that hadn’t been on my radar yet. Elle shines as a host. I’m already looking forward to season 2!

These interviews are a curtain lifted, so intimate and vulnerable and honest, the emotion and vibe are so real! Love it, so much.

I am so glad I found this podcast! I heard about it on ATK and immediately subscribed. Great guests and wonderful conversations. I look forward to hearing more. BTW, I would love to hear you have a conversation with Bryant Terry.
