Mediocre
I I have listened to a few episodes of this podcast and I’ve noticed a consistent pattern of Dylan frequently talking over and interrupting his guests and it doesn’t seem as though he lets conversations flow naturally takes charge and wants to stay on topic in a specific sequence of events. This seems to create somewhat of an awkward dynamic between Dylan and his guest. I was excited for him to have Zach Miller and Jon Albon on recently, but it was so frustrating because he kept just cutting them off frequently and talking over them.

I listen to a lot of different podcasts, but Dylan brings on strong people who all have a story which leads back to GRIT. Im a huge fan and keep sharing the story!

Dylan gets the guests the keep us Ultra nerds stoked for future racing and training and the depth of the guests provide interesting insights and moments for self reflection that are great for long runs. Kudos Dylan and keep up the great work.
