“As someone who has just within the last year started to take over her health and chronic health issues, this podcast has so many insightful things that I am so grateful to have come across! I have endometriosis and was told I’d need surgery every five years and be on birth control most of my life the day I was diagnosed. Within six months, that doctor wanted to do another surgery. I found someone who I consider a patient advocate and she helped me convince my parents to fly from Denver to Dallas to have surgery with a specialist after another self proclaimed specialist put me on a medication that put me in menopause at 16 (one I have since found out is ONLY supposed to be for menopausal women and a chemo drug for breast cancer). The surgeon said my first doctors did more harm than good. 8 years later I’ve had 5 surgeries for endometriosis and while my last one almost 2 years ago has helped immensely, if I can fend off more surgeries naturally and heal my body from the inside out, that’s what I want to do! I’m so grateful to have found this podcast not only because Adrienne talks a lot about health issues I personally struggle with (Endometriosis, PCOS, fibromyalgia, and chronic migraines to name a few), but her other episodes are giving me insight on how to overall be healthy too, not just how to help my symptoms. I use Young Living, but I can’t wait to get access to the nontoxic product list on the WellBe website! All this to say, this is a GREAT podcast that is so helpful in everyday life!”
