Description
Whew...this eclipse energy must be getting to me. If you made it through the episode, I apologize for all the F bombs! It is an intense topic though & I got pretty fired up. Trauma responses. What are they? Trauma responses are described as survival mechanism to help us react quickly to life-threatening situations. They arise as a result of early life exposure to these events creating an almost auto pilot mode that individuals enter into under great distress or upset. On this Identify & Heal solo episode, I put my therapist hat and and share with a spiritual lens what the 4 trauma responses are, how they develop and present in individuals, and how we can begin to identify them when they show up. I then describe how we can begin to shift to a more Divine Feminine healthy and balanced response. I offer examples as well as personal examples of trauma responses and share encouragment for how to navigate them.
