My favourite running pod
I love this podcast! It talks about running (training, kit, injuries, nutrition, etc., etc.) in a way that is approachable and, honestly, fun! I also adore how the content is not 100% running. The hosts, Holly and Esther, are friends who clearly love and support each other. So we get to listen to them laugh, cry, and chat about the serious, the mundane, and the hilarious bits of life, like we all hopefully get to do with our closest of friends. It’s the perfect listen while running… or walking, driving, doing dishes, working, avoiding work, or whenever you do your podcast listening!

The most approachable running podcast, with the love of looking after our bodies and celebrating what they can do firmly at the core. Would it be weird if I said Hollie & Esther feel like my friends now?!?
